Members Management / How to add/remove profile fields and preferences?
By default, there are only 4 fields for each profile:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address
- Phone number
To add a new profile field please follow the steps:
1. Go to “Agency Settings”
2. Contact Settings -> General Profile Fields
3. Click on “Create New Field”
4. Enter its label, kind and group (there will be no groups available on the list if you haven’t created one)
5. The field should appear in the list and in the member’s profiles
To add a new match preference field please follow the steps:
1. Go to “Agency Settings”
2. Contact Settings -> Match Settings
3. Click on “Add Connected Field”
4. Select a Field that you’d like to connect that match preference field to
5. Click on Save button
6. The field should appear in the list and in the member’s profiles
7. You may set that field as a dealbreaker. For example, match preference Gender may be a deal breaker for straight dating events.
Note: please be careful with deal breakers. If you have too many you may have too many participants who will be missing the rounds due to unavailable matches that satisfy their deal breakers.
