Event Management / How to test events as agency admins and participants at the same time
If you wish to test your events as admin and participant at the same time:
1) You will need to open your test participant links and profiles in either the Incognito window or in another browser. Not in the window as your test admin user. This is important because our software can not serve two different users on the same browser at the same time for security reasons.
2) If by mistake, you happened to open the profile as the participant in the same window with your admin user, and now you can not get back in into the software as admin, then you need to type "logout" after your agency link. Example: https://youragencyname.speedmatch.com/logout. This will allow you to get to the login screen and log in as an admin again.
3) Then once issue 2 is fixed, please follow step 1) to properly test the event as an agency admin and participant at the same time.
