Event Management / How to add the SpeedMatchApp event to EventBrite?
SpeedMatchApp can automatically add new participants to the event if they sign up to the event at Eventbrite. In order to accomplish that your EventBrite event has to be created from SpeedMatchApp. Unfortunately, there is no way to link existing Eventbrite event to the event at SpeedMatchApp.
1. Make sure that the integration steps from Eventbrite setup are completed.
2. Open the event you’d like to link to Eventbrite.
3. Double-check Event’s name, location, date, and time. Even names must be unique and must be in the future.
4. Under the event name next to "Create in Eventbrite using organization" choose the Organization and click on “Create”
5. Upon successful creation of the Eventbrite event, you should see the green Eventbrite button appearing with "!" sign, if you click on you will see the Event ID number appearing and Organization name.
6. Login to your Eventbrite account and go to “Manage Events”
7. Click on “Drafts” tab
8. Your event should be there
9. Follow the regular process to publish your event. Ensure that user emails and cell phone numbers are requested so that all participants will be added to SpeedMatchApp automatically once the register on Eventbrite
